Q: How long does it take to ship after I place an order?

A: All orders are processed on the same day. As long as you place your order before 5 PM US time, we will arrange for it to be shipped out on the same day.

Q: Where does it ship from?

A: Our warehouse is located in the United States. All outdoor chairs are shipped from within the United States.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order after I place it?

A: The shipping time is 2 days from the time the order is processed. Most US domestic addresses can be delivered within 2 business days.

Q: Can I ship to places outside the United States?

A: This clearance sale only supports addresses within the United States; international shipping is not currently supported.

II. About Returns and Refunds

Q: Can I return clearance items?

A: Yes. We still offer a 30-day return policy during the clearance sale, calculated from the date you sign for the package.

Q: How long does it take for a refund to arrive?

A: After we receive the returned goods and confirm that they are in good condition, the refund will arrive within 3 days. The exact arrival time of your payment may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment platform.

Q: Who bears the return shipping cost?

A: For returns not due to quality issues, the buyer bears the return shipping cost. If it’s a product quality issue, we will bear the return shipping cost.

III. Regarding Clearance Sale and Company Status

Q: Why are we clearing out our stock at a loss?

A: Due to continuous losses, we have decided to clear out all our outdoor chair inventory at below-cost prices. While supplies last.

Q: Is the quality of the clearance items guaranteed?

A: Yes. All clearance items are genuine and of the same quality as normally sold items. We still provide after-sales service according to our 30-day return policy and 3-day refund policy.

Q: Will you still sell other products after the clearance sale ends?

A: This is a one-time clearance sale. After the clearance sale ends, Ted Love will no longer sell outdoor chairs. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.
