⚠️ Company Status: Due to continuous losses, we have decided to clear out all outdoor chairs at a loss. This clearance sale is subject to all the following terms.
I. Orders and Logistics
Order Processing Time: Same day
Shipping Time: 2 days
Shipping Location: USA
After order confirmation, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible. Shipping time is calculated from the actual date of shipment and may be delayed if it falls on a public holiday.
II. Returns and Refunds
Return Time: Within 30 days from the date of receipt
Refund Arrival Time: Within 3 days after we receive the returned goods and confirm they are in good condition
Returned goods must be undamaged and not affect resale (this also applies to clearance items). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a quality issue with the product.
III. Billing Terms (Important)
This sale is a one-time sale. The specific terms and conditions are as follows:
One-time payment: All orders must be paid in full upon submission, including the purchase price and any applicable shipping costs. We do not support installment payments or combining payments for subsequent orders.
No subscriptions or automatic restocking: This purchase will not add you to any subscription plans, automatic subscriptions, or recurring deductions.
No membership account balance or prepayment: We do not offer top-up, pre-deposit, points redemption, or stored-value account functions.
Clearance items are non-negotiable: All clearance items are priced at the final price and are not eligible for price adjustments or price protection applications.
Each transaction is independent: Each order is considered an independent sales transaction. Subsequent orders are considered new, one-time transactions and are unrelated to this order.
IV. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ted Love is not liable for any indirect losses (such as lost profits, loss of use, etc.) arising from clearance sales. We are only responsible for product quality issues and will handle returns and refunds in accordance with these terms and conditions.
V. Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Due to the nature of this clearance sale, this sales event will automatically terminate once the inventory is sold out.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (place of shipment: United States).
