All orders will be packed and handed over to the logistics carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS, depending on the region) on the same day payment is confirmed. Shipping time is calculated from the date the package is actually shipped, and it will arrive at most addresses within the United States within 2 business days.

📦 Remote areas (such as Alaska, Hawaii, and some outlying islands) may require an additional 1–2 days, depending on the carrier.

II. Logistics Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number via email. You can track your package using the following methods:

III. Returns and Refunds

Return Time: Within 30 days of receipt.

Refund Arrival Time: Within 3 days after we receive and confirm the returned goods are in good condition.

Return Process:
Contact customer service to apply for a return and obtain a Return Authorization Code (RMA).

Return the goods in their original packaging to the US return address we provide.

We will complete the refund within 3 days of receiving the goods.

Q: Is self-pickup supported?

A: This clearance sale only supports express delivery; self-pickup service is not currently available.
