You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date you sign for your order.

II. Returns Allowed Even After Opening (Important)
Even if you have opened the packaging, assembled, and tried the chair, you can still return it as long as the chair itself has not been intentionally damaged.

We understand that outdoor chairs need to be tried out to determine their suitability. Therefore:

✅ Assembled → Returnable

✅ Tried sitting on → Returnable

❌ Man-made damage, severe stains, missing parts → Not eligible for return

When returning, please try to put all accessories (such as screws, instruction manuals, etc.) back in the original packaging, but this is not mandatory.

III. Return Process

Contact Customer Service: Contact us via the email or phone below, providing your order number and reason for return.

Obtain Return Authorization Code (RMA): We will send you the return authorization code and return instructions.

Packaging: Pack the chair (including accessories) neatly; no need to restore it to its original factory packaging.

Send it back to the return address: Send it to the return address below using your preferred courier service.

Refund upon receipt: We will complete the refund within 3 days of confirming receipt of the returned item.

IV. Refund Arrival Time

After we receive and confirm the returned item is correct: Refund will be credited to your account within 3 days.

The refund will be returned to the original payment account (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

The exact arrival time may vary slightly depending on the bank or payment platform.

V. Return Shipping Costs

Buyer pays for any reason (dislike, unsuitability, change of mind, etc.).

Ted Love covers quality issues (damage, unusable) (up to the original shipping cost).

A: Yes, it will not affect the return. However, we recommend trying to find it to avoid affecting the refund amount (a small fee may be deducted for severely missing parts).

Q: Will shipping costs be deducted from the refund?
